The Acro 500 is a filter capsule equipped with a Supor EKV membrane and a polycarbonate housing, featuring an effective filtration area of 500 cm², allowing for the filtration and sterilization of large volumes of solutions. This capsule incorporates a dual-layer membrane made of polyethersulfone (PES), enabling high-flow filtration. This membrane has low binding characteristics for proteins and preservatives, allowing for maximum permeability of the target components. Additionally, it is compatible with a wide range of solvents, making it suitable for filtration in various applications such as buffers and culture media.
